About Fred Duvenage
Fred Duvenage is an instructional design specialist. He has a wealth of experience in the development and implementation of learning programmes that have been rolled out nationally and internationally. He is passionate about training and development, with an emphasis on occupationally based training. Having been employed as an Education and Training Specialist by the Training Boards and SETA, he has a thorough understanding of the legislative requirements for learning programme accreditation.
In 2008 Fred started a company specialising in the design of quality learning programmes. He focused on the development of occupational learning programmes that met all the criteria to be accredited but were also graphic rich, modern and well written.
The success of his learning programmes was proven in 2017 when the Paarl Media Academy won the NSF best artisan development programmes for 13 trade qualifications which were developed in partnership the Academy.
Skills Development Solutions' current focus is on developing occupationally based learning programmes which incorporate a blended learning approach. These blended programmes incorporate many different modes of learning including instructor led and online programmes.
We recently celebrated the international launch of the Printing SA Colour Management eLearning course developed for FESPA - an international organisation with 53 member countries. Another major success was the international launch of the CorelDraw Academy for which we (in partnership with iMSD) developed the eLearning and implemented their LMS.
